You have to check out Pollen! Totally gorgeous and unique kids clothes with gorgeous details like vintage lace, trims and buttons – but yet sturdy enough to let the kids play in!

Still doing a little catch up blogging from Christmas time. Meet the Perrson Family. This was such a fun session and even though boys in general aren’t too excited about family photos these boys were great sports and we laughed a whole lot during the session. Getting older kids to have photos isn’t always easy but as mother you find one day you have a baby in your arms and then next they are off to high school. You want to capture every moment and hold onto it for a bit longer – well that is how I feel being the mother and knowing that being a parent of a high schooler is just around the corner for me and the days are flashing past at an alarming rate. Happy Friday everyone…

Wow, Sheila, these images are gorgeous! Lovely light, lovely colours, beautifully captured!
Oh the light! The light! Just beautiful. The last shot is gorgeous. Needs to be on a wall and big!! Really stunning session.

Oh Shelia – these are AMAZING!!I would be putting that last one huge on my wall if they were my two boys.
What a gorgeous session – LOVE that last shot!! I have two boys too, and the oldest is only about to start primary school, but already I can’t believe where the time has gone!
I’m playing a little catch up with the blog – I photographed so many great families before Christmas and haven’t shared the photos!
This was such a fun shoot. It’s great hanging out with families and seeing them together. It’s what life’s about. Love and Family.

Stunning portraits! I adore your locations, that last shot is just amazing!

Fabulous family photos! Gorgeous work.
Gorgeous!! What was the location?
Check out these cheeky little monkeys! It’s been awhile now since I photographed them. They belong to one of my oldest friends (we started school together – I was about to say the year – but I will keep that to myself.) Anyway, last time I photographed them Sunny was just a baby and Zac was little more than a toddler. Look at them now! I know I’m always going on about how much I love doing updated photos and watching families grow but it’s true! It’s really rewarding and time flies by so quickly – it’s a way to reign it in just a little, a way to feel like you have some control over the passing of time and a way of remembering things that will all too quickly pass.

Oh Shelia – stunning. The family, the beautiful locations, the love. Gorgeous!!
How stunning!!! Love the emotion you have captured and your processing is as perfect as always!
